Many people are desperately trying to lose weight with different weight loss programs, while numerous do not succeed to reach the normal body weight or shortly afterwards regain all the lost pounds. In those cases people usually blame the diet, lack of time, obligations at work or school, weight loss products, etc. However, the reason for failing in most often lies in people themselves. There is no doubt that losing weight is not so easy as it sounds in theory especially if one has to function in all daily tasks normally. After all, after a hard day at work and spending few remain time with family, friends or hobbies one is usually to tired to think on exercise. Besides that is also very difficult to concentrate on work or study if feeling hungry what is one of most common complains of people who are dieting. Diet and regular exercise are essential in every weight loss program but the majority of weight loss programs only list the foods one is supposed to eat and those which should be avoided, and recommend any kind of physical activity. Unfortunately, many forget to tell that losing weight will not be easy and will require a good discipline. Even more, majority of weight loss programs promise revolutionary results - easy, fast and successful weight loss if following their directions. However, there are no fast results and if there are one will shortly regain all lost pounds because one who loses weight dramatically within days has lost body fluids and muscles not fat. Thus majority of people after such weight loss program shortly regain all lost pounds what is known as the yo-yo effect. For that reason all who wants to lose weight successfully without risk of regaining weight after finishing the weight loss program need to prepared on days of "crisis" and retain strong will to withstand the desire for food and to continue regular physical exercise. In short: to lose excessive weight successfully discipline and strong will play a very important role sometimes even more than the weight loss program itself.
